Sometimes we all need time away!
We have always said that sometimes you need a break from everything, it doesn’t mean you aren’t doing anything – its not a bad thing, if a person finds it at times annoying. Sometimes we all need time away. Here are a few things that can help you during times when the world feels like it’s moving too fast for you.
First of all take a look at the week ahead. If you know that its not going to help you then maybe you should reset and re-focus?
Next, talk to someone. Usually if you know someone that you can do this with then this is the best person to talk to. By talking to them, you will see what is going on, how you are feeling and if you need to change something. Talking to someone about it, no matter how difficult, will make you see the situation in a different way and that helps. Talking to someone is also a huge confidence builder. A lot of the time you might feel embarrassed by how you feel or what you are going through. Confiding in someone will help you feel like less of a nutcase!
If talking to someone is not possible or there is no one that you can talk to, then at the very least try and take a break, a long break, out of all your responsibilities.
Also, if you do find that you are having a difficult time, just remember that you are not the only one, many people struggle and don’t want to be a ‘nutcase’ (and it’s true, sometimes we do struggle. Our own negativity makes us feel more desperate).

The Food That We Eat Has Changed The Face Of Androcentrism
Wildlife biologists often see “brooding” behavior when studying the larger animals, but they rarely get the chance to observe the males of the species in a natural setting. However, the first time I observed a wild British Sika deer — a member of the mouse deer family — behaving in a manner that leads one to wonder if he really did seek to play “king of the hill” — seeking to gain superiority in the food resource — was at a family Christmas party.
I’ll never forget the day that my dear wife, Linda, was walking through the woods behind our place and spotted two deer in the distance. She quickly gave chase, but had to turn back to me. I hopped the fence and took off after them. The older of the two fawns, who had been “rearing up” on the hillside, quickly ran away to the nearest tuft of grass, where he settled down to wait for his mother to pick him up. The fawn, however, didn’t eat for a while. It’s unclear why he chose to abandon his nut-gathering mother, but it made sense to me that he was looking for a higher ground where he could sit and monitor the goats grazing below. I only hope that he knew enough about the relative advantages of establishing a base on a hill or near a water source to make an intelligent choice. Either way, he did a good job of keeping his distance from the animals below him, as they wouldn’t have cared that much for a closer relationship.
