Step 1: Create Schedule

To be able to use the features of the application, you first need to create a schedule that you want the application to follow. To do this, you simply need to select the days that you want to have the virtual machines activated and you need to configure the days and hours in which the machines should be activated and deactivated.
You need to have in mind that you are not going to be able to choose the time periods for certain time zones. As the app is optimized for the time zones of the USA and Europe, it is only going to be possible to set the hours and the days in which you are going to have the virtual machines active.

To see the list of the virtual machines you have selected, click on the + icon to the left of the list.
Once you click on the + icon, you are going to be able to see a list of the virtual machines that you selected to be active.
If you want to change the time of the run, just press the dark circle that appears in the upper-right corner of the app.
When you change the time, the virtual machine is going to be active at the chosen time. To change the timing, you need to know the time interval that you would like to have between the time the virtual machine is activated and the time it will be deactivated.
By default, the application is going to enable the virtual machine to be active for 24 hours.
Once the virtual machine is active, you need to deactivate it. You can do so by clicking on the green icon that is displayed to the left of the time that you chose for the run.
You can also schedule the shutdown and the restart of your virtual machines by clicking the link that is displayed in the upper-left corner of the window.

Step 3: Configure Scheduled shutdowns

You are now going to be able to configure automatic shutdowns of the virtual machines that you have selected.
