Challenge your pilot’s skills with 6 different ship classes, each with their own handling and weaponry, and a wide range of ability combinations.
Strategically eliminate the enemy planets. Use your weapons and manoeuvres to get the upper hand. Control your ship from the cockpit with the WASD keys.
Use the skills you’ve trained for your mission. Manoeuvre your ship to do as much damage as possible before entering the aiming reticle.
Take cover behind your ship’s shields and fire for greater effect. Only by proper use of cover and the right ship class can you realistically survive long enough to achieve your objectives.
But it’s not all about brute force. How many planets can you eliminate with your fancy flying skills? How many planets can you survive long enough to achieve your objectives?
Build the most efficient team by earning medals for different achievements. You earn medals by completing goals and tasks, that are highlighted at the right time, in order to establish a well-balanced team for each mission.

Battle maps show the conflict as it happened in 1862 and a reconstruction of events from August to early October 1862 in the Shenandoah Valley, a quiet area of the war.
Ask any professional military historian where the Civil War began, and you will get several conflicting answers. But when historians study war maps and battle reports, they are able to construct an unambiguous picture of how the war started and how it built to a crescendo by late summer 1862. The greatest battles of the war were fought in the early summer of 1862 and here they are documented for the first time in the South.
Julian Chaplin, who served in the Confederate Army as a lieutenant, never discussed his wartime experiences with his two little daughters. Dying in 1885 at the young age of 54, he never wrote a word. But one of his six sons, Sidney Verner Chaplin, did.
In 1867, Sidney Chaplin published the first of 18 volumes of his father’s memoirs, called “All the Daring Of Our Men.” In the manuscript, Sidney Chaplin told of the bloody summer of 1862 that swept into the Shenandoah Valley and eclipsed all the armed encounters that had taken place there prior to that date. He told of the Battle of Cross Keys, in which his father and several other generals were involved, and of early August’s surprise attack on Harpers Ferry that resulted in the cutting of the Federal supply lines. Sidney Chaplin was among those who recalled the absence of the Confederate quartermasters and the entire rations train. That was the moment when the South went into the Civil War on its own terms.
The Battle of Cross Keys, which took place August 26, 1862, was the first Confederate victory in the Shenandoah Valley. It was one of three battles that took place in the valley late in August and early September. The other two were Cross Hollow Mountain, August 28-29, and Kernstown, September 5, or Kernstown II.
Significantly, the Shenandoah Valley was the only battleground that historically spanned early June 1862 to late October 1862. Some historians claim that the war began at the First Battle of Bull Run, near Manassas, in June 1861. Others prefer to mark the start on a Sunday afternoon on April 12, 1861, when Confederate Lt. Gen. P. G. T.
